Money-back Guarantee
QuidSaver Limited offers a comprehensive Money-back Guarantee specifically for our 'Budget Optimisation' service. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
If, within a 12-month period, QuidSaver Limited cannot propose potential savings* exceeding the cost of our service, the client has the option to receive a full refund. QuidSaver Limited will promptly contact the client to discuss this option and will honour the client's choice.
If, within a 12-month period, QuidSaver Limited cannot propose potential savings exceeding the cost of our service, and the client chooses to continue with 'Financial Assistant 365,' the client is entitled to a 50% refund.
If QuidSaver Limited suspects that the client has provided false information or is withholding information to trigger the Money-back Guarantee, the Guarantee will be nullified, and the client will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, the client may choose either to discontinue the service or fully engage with it to experience its benefits.
*Please note that potential savings do not encompass reductions in consumption. Advising a client to reduce their consumption is not considered a reasonable saving, and it is not factored into our 'Budget Optimisation' calculations.
Your Right to Cancellation
Clients have a legal entitlement to a '14-day cooling-off period' during which they may request a refund due to a change of mind.
Clients wishing to exercise this right must adhere to the following guidelines. Cancellation within 14 days results in the forfeiture of access to any intellectual property owned by QuidSaver Limited. Possession, use, or distribution of any materials belonging to QuidSaver Limited is strictly prohibited, and violation of this term may lead to legal action.
The '14-day cooling off period' begins on the day of purchase of the 'Financial Assistant 365 + Budget Optimisation' coaching plan and concludes 14 days later. Given QuidSaver Limited's online service model, the following exceptions nullify the '14-day cooling off period':
Services that have been fully delivered within the 14-day period with the consumer's agreement.
QuidSaver Limited has chosen not to apply exception 2. We value our clients and their satisfaction. However, exception 1 does apply. If the client receives a completed 'Budget Optimisation' within the first 14 days, this invalidates the '14-day cooling off period.' This is because QuidSaver Limited has dedicated significant time and resources to deliver valuable results to the client.
In cases where the 'Budget Optimisation' has not been provided, but the client has benefited from 'Financial Assistant 365,' QuidSaver Limited retains the right to charge a reasonable variable rate for the services rendered. This will be calculated based on an hourly rate of £20.

We will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving the refund request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
